I had requested a quiet room away from the street, and despite my initial night not meeting this request, Paolo swiftly moved me to a serene haven for the remainder of my stay. The breakfast buffet, proclaimed as the best in Italy, lived up to its reputation with an array of homemade delights. Embarking on my surprise of the day during dinner, I delved into an original menu intertwined with authentic Trentino flavors, a testament to the region's culinary heritage. The dishes seamlessly merged tradition with a modern twist, reflecting the wood-clad surroundings. Every bite was a harmonious dance of local ingredients and innovative recipes, reinforcing Alpino's culinary prowess.Immersing myself in the cozy ambiance, supported by Paolo and Lucia's warmth, I found solace in the spa after a day exploring the picturesque region.
