Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Alpino was a delightful blend of comfort, art, and culinary excellence. The half-board arrangement provided a daily surprise during dinner, which always showcased the hotel's innovative take on traditional Trentino cuisine. Each evening, I eagerly anticipated the original menu offerings that seamlessly fused local flavors with modern flair, all within a cozy wooden-accented dining setting that highlighted the region's essence. One memorable evening, I savored a dish that beautifully paired local mountain herbs with a contemporary twist, a testament to the chef's creativity and respect for Trentino's culinary heritage. Throughout my stay, the breakfast spread never failed to impress, offering a delightful cooked selection alongside a personal "juicer" bursting with fresh fruits and vegetables.
